WE ARE CURRENTLY IN: PHASE 4

As a health & fitness community we are dedicated to the wellbeing of our athletes, coaches, and loved ones. This document lays out the framework for reopening physical operations following government guidelines and real-time scientific research. The time frame on transitioning between phases is unclear, but we will use our local government’s framework as a guide. These phases are of course fluid and will adjust as needed as more information is available. Following the lead of Chicago’s Reopening Framework:

PHASES

PHASE 1 & 2: STRICT REMOTE GAINZ (March 16 – June 7) – Bluprint does it’s part to limit unnecessary contact with others and conducts a coaching program 100% remotely; goal is to limit interactions to rapidly slow the spread of COVID-19.

  • Video Workout Explanations (Instagram/YouTube)
  • Accountability Challenge
  • Virtual Coach Office Hours
  • Blog of the Week
  • Virtual Social Events 

PHASE 3: HYBRID REMOTE GAINZ (June 8 – June 28) – Bluprint introduces in-person training with strict COVID-19 protocols alongside live virtual coaching program; goal is to thoughtfully begin to reopen in-person training at Bluprint Fitness safely.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training (Limited Capacity)
  • 1-on-1 New Athlete Onboarding
  • In-Person Outside Classes (10 Person Classes)
  • Video Workout Explanations (Instagram/YouTube)
  • Virtual Social Events

PHASE FOUR: SMART GAINZ (June 29 – TBD) – Bluprint further biases in-person training with strict COVID-19 protocols alongside virtual coaching program (explanation videos only); goal is to further reopen in-person training at Bluprint Fitness while ensuring the safety of the BluCru.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training (Limited Capacity)
  • In-House Coach-Led Classes (Limited Capacity)
  • Outside Coach-Led Classes (Limited Capacity)
  • Body Fat Testing
  • Accountability Challenge
  • Blog of the Week 

PHASE FIVE: BLUPRINT GAINZ – Bluprint is back to all in-person training with continued COVID-19 protocols; goal is to maintain safety standards while conducting in house training.

  • Full In-House Coach-Led Class Schedule (TBD Capacity)
  • Body Fat Testing
  • Virtual Coach Office Hours
  • Nutrition Program (Online)
  • Blog of the Week
  • Semi-Normal Social Event Schedule

IN-PERSON PROTOCOLS 

While the exact protocols for conducting in-person interaction is not clear, we’ve put together our initial plan to insure the utmost safety when it come to the athletes and employees at Bluprint Fitness. The following will be part of Bluprint’s reopening Blueprint:

  • COVID-19 Athlete Waiver
  • Social Distancing Standards (for inside & outside workouts)
  • Strict Class Capacity Limits (following governmental guidelines)
  • Temperature Scan (pre-workout)
  • Hand Sanitizing Schedule (pre/post workout)
  • Equipment Sanitizing Schedule (pre/post workout)
  • Limited Equipment Sharing (w/ cleaning protocols)
  • Specific Programming (to ensure the above)
  • At Risk Athletes Should Continue Virtual Workouts
  • Athletes Not Feeling Well Stay Home
