LIVE Classes & Office Hours

All live classes and office hours happen in the Zoom Meeting Room. This “meeting ID” is the same for ALL live meetings (see below). These classes will also stream live or be recorded and posted in the Members Only FB Group.

Class Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday: 12:00 PM & 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM Yoga/Mobility

Each week, we’ll hold office hours for updates, announcements, and daily health & fitness topics. Topics include but are not limited to: strength, nutrition, programming, mobility, and flow charts. Check out the schedule below:

How To Be Ready For Class

  1. Click the meeting link about and download Zoom to your computer or phone.
  2. Watch video explanations prior to class start time (Instagram @remoteGAINZ or Members FB Group).
  3. Be on time. Class runs on a specific timeline and it’s important that you arrive on time to stay on schedule.
  4. Hold all questions until voiced Q&A times.
  5. Get ready to workout with friends.

Wodify Rise Challenge

We’ve found a better option for the accountability challenge in the form of a Wodify app! This switch from the Google sheet to Wodify Rise starts this Monday, March 23rd and instructions on how to get started are below.


  1. Register for Wodify Rise here:
  2. Download Wodify Rise app.
  3. Join the Remote GAINZ Challenge HERE.
  4. Retroactively input your numbers from week 1.
  5. Use this app instead of the Google sheet.

How To Score Points

Everyday, you’ll have the ability to score points based on the five tasks listed below. Each task is worth 1 daily point, meaning there are 5 points available each day. 

  • (1) Completing A Workout – Prescribed or of Your Own Making
  • (1) Completing Your Mobility
  • (1) Drinking 64-96 oz of Water   
  • (1) Tagging Bluprint In One of Your Meals (FB or Instagram)
  • (1) Getting 7+ Hours of Sleep

There are a handful of skills we can coach remotely based on your equipment availability. Here’s an un-exhausted list of skill sessions that can be coached remotely:

Plan For Success

It’s extremely important during these uncharted times that you plan for success. And planning for success starts by creating routine. We want to encourage you to:

  1. Make a daily agenda.
  2. Create an at-home workout space.
  3. Stay connected to your loved ones (FaceTime, Zoom, text, etc.).
  4. Be consistent.
