The Secret to 1-Hour Workouts

What’s up everyone it’s Coach Byron from Bluprint Fitness and I was working out earlier and a thought popped in my head about how boring workout routines have become the norm. 

Routines Like:

  • Chest & Back + Cardio
  • Or Legs & Abs + Cardio
  • Or Going Running Your Only Form of Exercise

If one of these routines sounds familiar or you are bored with yours, keep reading.

At first glance, magazines, the Internet, and even your friends will tell you to use some weight machines, jump on a treadmill or bike and spend countless hours in the gym to get the results you want.

Now I don’t know about you, but that sounds hella boring to me!

What if I told you that improving your health & fitness could be fun, challenging and engaging all at the same time!

That’s how workouts go down at Bluprint Fitness. We are generalists! Which means our program will use bodyweight movements, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other pieces of exercise equipment to help busy professionals, like yourself, reach health & fitness goals without getting board.

To us, two things have to happen to create a lifestyle of health & fitness and continue to reach goals:
