Skillet Crusted Pork Chop

Ingredients
1-1.5 lbs Organic Bone-in Pork Chops
¾ Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Coconut Flour (optional)
½ Tsp Sage
½ Tsp Marjoram
½ Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Pepper
1 Tbs Ghee or Coconut Oil

Instructions
Combine all the spices and coat the pork chops evenly. Heat your skillet to medium—medium/high heat and add ghee or coconut oil. Cook the pork chops uncovered for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through (cook time will vary based on thickness). Let rest for 5-7 minutes before eating.
