Time is so valuable during travel and you don’t want to waste it trying to get to the gym. Breaking down that commute barrier will allow you to get a couple workouts in without losing time with your loved ones, exploring a new place, or attending that work event.
#2 Keep Exercise Short & Sweet
Workouts don’t have to be long & complicated. Remember, exercise during travel isn’t really about getting fitter, it’s about staying fit. Keep it simple, keep it short, and move on with the rest of your travel plans.
#3 Stay Hydrated
You’ve probably heard me say this thousands of times by now, but your body loves to be hydrated. Drinking water is a simple task, but it goes a long way when it comes to your health. More energy and a stronger immune system during travel are just a couple of the benefits staying hydrated will gift you. Grab a water bottle and drink water often.
