Ingredients 1 Butternut Squash (peeled and chopped) ½ Vidalia Onion (chopped) 1 Green Apple (chopped) 1 Tbs Ghee or Coconut Oil ½ Tsp Sea Salt Instructions Peel, de-seed and chop butternut squash into small cubes. Chop green apple (skin on) and onion into similar size cubes. Heat the skillet to medium and add ghee or coconut oil. Once the oil is melted add ingredients to the skillet and cook covered until soft and slightly charred/caramelized. This should take approximately 10-15 minutes of cook time, occasionally stirring. Ingredients 1 lb Ground Turkey ¾ Tsp Sea Salt 1 Tsp Hungarian Paprika ½ Tsp Cumin 3 Tsp Coconut Flour 1 Free Range Egg ¼ Sweet White Onion (Minced) 6 Button Mushrooms (Minced) 10 Basil Leaves (Chopped) Pepper to Taste Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat the bottom of your pan with coconut oil. Mince onion and mushrooms and chop basil leaves. Combine all ingredients with your hands and mold into 10-12 equal sized meatballs. Evenly space them on the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
