1 lb Free Range Organic Chicken Breast
½ Tsp Sea Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
¼ Tsp Sage
½ Tsp Parsley
½ Tsp Oregano
Butterfly the chicken breast. Heat the skillet to medium high and coat the pan with ½ tsp Ghee. Once the pan is heated, add the unseasoned chicken breast. Combine the seasonings and sprinkle over the unseasoned chicken after you put it in the pan. Cook uncovered for about 4 minutes and flip with a spatula. Use the remaining seasoning to coat the naked side of the chicken breast. Cook for 2 minutes uncovered and cover for the remaining 2 minutes to ensure the chicken is cooked through. Cook time will vary based on thickness.
We ate this over romaine salad with avocado, bacon, apple, and celery and homemade balsamic dressing.
