Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
1 lb Free-Range Ground Chicken
¾-1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbs Coconut Flour
1 Free-Range Egg
½ Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Marjoram
1-2 Tsp Ghee or Coconut Oil

Instructions
Combine all ingredients (hold the ghee/coconut oil) until spices are evenly distributed. Form into 6 small patties. The chicken tends to be a little sticky and hard to handle, don’t try to make perfect shaped patties. The less you handle the meat the better. Heat the skillet to medium-high heat and add the ghee/coconut oil. Add the patties to the skilled and cook uncovered for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
