Apple Sage Turkey Burger
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Turkey (ideally NOT 99% lean)
- 1-2 TBS Brown Rice Flour
- ⅓ Cup Apple (Small Dice)
- ½ Tsp Sage
- ½ Tsp Adobo
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and form into four 4-ounce patties. You can skillet or grill these but I did them on the skillet on Med-Med High Heat for about 5-6 minutes each side or until cooked through. Great with sliced avocado and/or roasted red pepper on top. Add some dill or bread and butter pickles for some extra love ❤️!
