Salad Dressings
Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
Ingredients
2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
4-5 Tbs Olive Oil (amount based on desired consistency)
1 tsp Stone Ground Mustard (I use Garden of Eden)
1-2 tsp Maple Syrup (amount based on desired sweetness)
Combine ingredients, whisk and drizzle over salad.
Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Ingredients
2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
4-5 Tbs Olive Oil (amount based on desired consistency)
1 tsp Stone Ground Mustard (I use Garden of Eden)
1-2 tsp Maple Syrup (amount based on desired sweetness)
Combine ingredients, whisk and drizzle over salad.
Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
2 Tbs Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
4-5 Tbs Walnut Oil
0-1 tsp Maple Syrup (amount based on desired sweetness)
Combine ingredients, whisk and drizzle over salad.
Italian Dressing
Ingredients
2 Tbs Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
4-5 Tbs Olive Oil
½ tsp Marjoram
½ tsp Parsley
½ tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine ingredients, whisk and drizzle over salad.
Green Dressing
Ingredients
10 Sprigs Parsley
10 Basil Leaves
Juice of half Lemon (if I don’t have lemon I will sub this for Apple Cider Vinegar 1-2 Tbs)
¼ cup Tahini
1/8 cup Water
1/8 cup Olive Oil
½ Tsp Sea Salt
Separate parsley and basil leaves from stems and rinse. In a blender/food processor/magic bullet, combine ingredients until smooth. If the dressing is too thick feel free to add a little water to thin it out. Drizzle over salad or use as a veggie dip.
