I joined my first CrossFit gym in 2015 after finishing my first marathon and realizing I wanted a new challenge. Coming from a competitive tennis background in high school and college, I was immediately hooked. I missed the intensity, the strategy, and the push to constantly improve and CrossFit gave me all of that and more. What I love most about this sport is that you never truly reach your maximum potential. There’s always room to grow, to move better, lift heavier, get faster, or refine your technique. Over the years, I’ve also dropped into more than 50 CrossFit boxes around the world, gaining perspective from different coaching styles and communities that continue to shape how I show up as both an athlete and a coach.
For years, I was the athlete cheering the loudest for everyone else in class. As I gained experience, I naturally found myself offering encouragement, feedback, and technique tips to other athletes. In 2025, I finally decided to make it official, earned my CrossFit Level 1 (L1), and stepped into a coaching role.I truly believe the beauty of CrossFit is that you can start at any level. Whether you’re brand new or have been training for years, there is always a path forward.
I trained throughout my entire pregnancy and credit CrossFit with preparing me mentally and physically for motherhood and for life. This sport has built resilience, confidence, and strength in me, and I’m passionate about helping others build the same both inside and outside the gym.
