Granola
6 Cups Organic Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Molasses
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
1 Tbs Honey
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbs Cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 340 Degrees. Combine oats, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add coconut oil, molasses, honey, and maple syrup to a small pot and heat on low until melted together. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients and mix until evenly distributed. Spread 1/3 of the granola mixture on baking sheet cook for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Check on granola about 10-12 minutes into cooking and stir. With about 3-5 minutes remaining you can add some raisins to the mixture in the oven if desired. Remove from pan and place in large bowl to cool before moving to a storage container. Repeat this process until all granola has been cooked/browned/crisped. Feel free to play around with ingredients you enjoy, options are endless. Enjoy 🙂
