“What’s my plan?” This is a common question most busy professionals ask themselves when it comes to creating a health & fitness routine.

Luckily BluPrint takes most of the guesswork out with top notch programming. We Pride ourselves in creating an easy to follow plan, but still being able to ride the GAINZ train as much as possible. So as long as you: 

  1. Show up consistently
  2. Follow the program
  3. Take pride in how your movements look
  4. Take care of yourself outside of the gym

YOUR GAINZ WILL COME. With that being said, it’s still important for you to have some general goals that you revolve your workout decisions around. 

For example, if you have been trying to focus on strength recently then you should pick options in your workouts that support that. So if the Rx weight is 95 but the Rx+ is 135, have a conversation with yourself to decide which option is most appropriate for your 1) goals and 2) current capacity. 

“I could do the 95 and go super fast or I could do 135 (in an awesome position) which might make me go slower but strength is what I am trying to work on.” 

On the other hand, if your goals are more catered towards weight loss or gymnastics, then you can’t just pick the heaviest weight in every workout. 

One is not more right or wrong then the next just make sure you know what you want out of your training.
