What was the problem you were having before you discovered Bluprint?
Consistency & Motivation
Take us to the moment you realized what you were now doing was working.
I frequently travel for work and approx. two months into BluPrint journey I was on a work trip, and I started to feel guilty that I am missing on gym days. The more I sat in that feeling the more I realized that it’s not the guilt, it was the right habits finally starting to kick in which was motivation enough to stay consistent with workouts during travel.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Learning how to form the right habits; mentally & physically.
What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?
Shockingly, it’s the holiday workout “12-Days of Bluprint”
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint?
Welcoming atmosphere, genuine people & the right balance of fitness guidance & encouragement.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
From day one all the coaches & athletes have been incredibly encouraging & supportive (which is rare these days). I have seen a significant transformation not just physically but mentally, which was even more important to me. I see the right long-term habits being built & self-accountability established. Go BluCrue!

Since joining in July 2022, Tausif has been a familiar face in the 6am class.
He most recently snagged the top spot in the SOGO Healthy Habits Challenge – claiming the 3-month unlimited membership as his reward. He dropped more than 2% body fat since committing to Bluprint, dropped more than 3 pounds of fat and earned more than 3 pounds of muscle. He is committed to moving well in class and has been fun to coach!
