How long have you been part of the BluCru (Month/Year/Duration)?
I’ve been part of the BluCru for almost a year now!
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
There are so many smaller accomplishments I could cite from my time at Bluprint so far, however I think listing any of those negates my biggest accomplishment which is creating a healthy and balanced relationship with exercise and fitness. Bluprint creates a positive environment where I feel comfortable being honest with myself, taking it slow, and asking for help.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
There’s always something to challenge and intrigue you, Always a new skill to work on, and always someone cool to talk to!
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
I think mobilizing with coach bacon is always a plus. I also love catching up with members of the BluCru and cheering people to a new PR.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
The Bluprint coaches are hands down the best coaches and fitness professionals I’ve ever met and no matter your fitness level, they will help you pursue a positive and healthy fitness experience.
What do you do for fun?
I’m an animator, designer, and art director so I love drawing! But I also enjoy watching any crossfit competition possible, seeing live comedy, and biking to find new food in the city.
What’s your favorite food?
At the moment it’s chicken and waffles. But I’ll always throw tandoori chicken in there.
Rohan has been making waves since starting at Bluprint four months ago. After Training Camp he joined the Barbell Club and picked up PRs left and right in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. After class is over he puts in his skill work in a relentless effort to roll the ball forward. As a result of this, he recently got his first Bar Muscle-Up! It has been a blast having Rohan in the gym so far, and we are excited to watch him continue to progress. When you see him in the gym make sure to congratulate him on all his hard work!
