What was the problem you were having before you discovered Bluprint?
Staying consistent with a fitness routine, and not having clear fitness goals to work on.
Take us to the moment you realized what you were now doing was working.
When I saw my friends a few months after joining Bluprint and they called me swole.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
So far my biggest accomplishment has been finishing an Rx/vested Murph in under 60 minutes!
What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?
I love a crispy hang power clean.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint?
The routine, the 6-week cycle structure and the prospect of improving a weightlifting PR or a Metcon score.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
I would tell them to join and be my partner during a Saturday workout.
What do you do for fun?
Music is my passion – any time I am recording or gigging, I am happy.
What’s your favorite food?
Shout out to D. Wade aka “Beef Boi” for joining the 1k Class Club and securing August’s Athlete Of The Month! It goes without saying that he has repeatedly been at the top of the charts for the Committed Club. Not to mention, he recently joined the DAD CLUB and has really owned that transition. Since joining the gym in October 2018, he has earned 12 pounds of lean mass and has been coachable and eager to learn all the things gymnastics and barbell! He’s mastered DUBS, kipping pull-ups, T2B, wall walks, kicking up to the upside down, and is currently working to develop his HSPU. His barbell PRs just from this year: 240# Back Squat, 325# Sumo DL, 340# Traditional DL, 165# Push Press. When you see him in the gym, make sure to congratulate him on all his hard work, consistency, and dedication!
