Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

Since October 2018 – This year will be 5 years!

What was the problem you were having before you discovered Bluprint?

Consistency and complacency. I was going for an occasional jog and attending yoga, but was lacking any sort of routine.

Take us to the moment you realized what you were now doing was working.

I realized it was working when I felt like something was missing if I wasn’t able to get to class that day. When I started my day with Bluprint, my entire mood was different… I am happy, productive, motivated, and have improved energy.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

I have so many! I think the top that come to mind are completing a vested Murph, getting my first muscle up, and remaining consistent through pregnancy and postpartum.

What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?

Anything gymnastics related and most recently olympic lifts.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint?

The community, the coaching and the programming.

What would you tell someone considering joining?

It’s challenging, but super fun. Coming to class has become the highlight of my day, especially when you get to workout with your friends.

What do you do for fun?

I love spending time with my family and dog, going to concerts, exploring new restaurants, being outdoors, watching scary movies, and traveling.

What’s your favorite food?

Burgers and Tacos!
