How long have you been part of the BluCru?
I started CrossFit in February 2013 and I’ve been with Bluprint since it opened.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Completing the Formula Fit Challenge (a fitness/nutrition program) and reaching the decreasing my body fat percentage to get in the “fitness” category!
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
I love the classes where you see many of the same people each week. I like learning new movements that the coaches add as well as improving my performance on movements we do often. I also enjoy looking back after a few weeks to see what new things I’ve accomplished.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
I like the CrossFit classes best. I also frequent Boot Camp is fun but I avoid rowing lol 🙂
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Bluprint is welcoming to all. The coaches and athletes are amazing people that make working out fun and challenging.
What do you do for fun?
Play with my daughter, travel with friends and family, and look at pinterest!
Claire is a blast to have in the gym and her hard work and dedication are contagious. Claire has made it a point to challenge herself to get outside of her comfort zone to reach her goals. She’s completed the FFC (an in-house nutrition challenge) and taken part in outside CrossFit competitions. This accompanied with a positive attitude make Claire an amazing person and athlete to be around. We are excited to see what the future holds for Claire!
