What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?

Show up for the 4:30 class. I also love the Saturday partner WOD – it’s such a fun vibe.

The coaches but mostly the members. It’s a rewarding community that has brought me some amazing friends and great mental health – nothing beats workout endorphins.

Coach’s Comments

Crews has claimed May’s AOTM status as she earned herself a spot in Bluprint’s 1000+ Class Club this month! Since joining Bluprint in November of 2018 she has been a consistent and welcoming face in the gym. Recently, she really dialed in her nutrition to drop over 40 pounds and counting. Since joining she has dropped over 6% body fat and is continuing that downward trend. She’s also no stranger to hard work. And even though she may have a lot to say about the workouts we know she actually loves getting that solid sweat on and those endorphins flowing. When you see her in the gym – make sure to congratulate her on all her hard work and dedication over the past 5 years.
