How long have you been part of the BluCru?
Since November of 2015!
What was the problem you were having before you discovered Bluprint?
Back issues and lack of consistency in workouts.
Take us to the moment you realized what you were now doing was working.
For me, it started with the strength training which led to better movements and flexibility and this last year, it was really dialing in the food. Bluprint provides the best scheduling for full body workouts and then I took the time to work on the proper fueling for my body.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Getting stronger, moving out of chronic back pain and losing over 50lbs 💪
What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?
Show up for the 4:30 class. I also love the Saturday partner WOD – it’s such a fun vibe.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint?
The coaches but mostly the members. It’s a rewarding community that has brought me some amazing friends and great mental health – nothing beats workout endorphins.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Just give it a try for 3 months and you will know you’ve found your place! I was so sore after my initial assessment and I was scared of something new, but each class got better and better.
What do you do for fun?
Workout at Bluprint. Travel with friends is where I get most of my joy.
What’s your favorite food?
Right now, salads but usually it’s pizza.
Crews has claimed May’s AOTM status as she earned herself a spot in Bluprint’s 1000+ Class Club this month! Since joining Bluprint in November of 2018 she has been a consistent and welcoming face in the gym. Recently, she really dialed in her nutrition to drop over 40 pounds and counting. Since joining she has dropped over 6% body fat and is continuing that downward trend. She’s also no stranger to hard work. And even though she may have a lot to say about the workouts we know she actually loves getting that solid sweat on and those endorphins flowing. When you see her in the gym – make sure to congratulate her on all her hard work and dedication over the past 5 years.
