What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
50 pull-ups during Murph 2019. I was very skeptical after achieving only a few single reps in Jan 2019. However, with patience, practice and a little bit of grit, I was able to do all 50 in my Half Murph! Kudos to the awesome program to slowly but surely build up volume. #trusttheprocess
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The variety of meticulously programed workouts, the community of hardworking individuals who cheer me on and of course the supportive coaching staff who are eager for you to achieve your goals and do your best!
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
- Continuing to work on my pull up game with goals for TTB next.
- Favorite Barbell movement- power cleans.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
- Take that leap of faith and give it a try! I never thought CrossFit was for me, but after 3 years, I cannot imagine any other style. The variety of classes & programs you can get involved in keep things new and exciting. I never feel like I am “doing the same old workout routine.”
- I truly think that Bluprint Fitness has helped me find a confidence about myself that has made a huge impact on both my professional and personal life.
What do you do for fun?
Ride my bike, cook, decorate my new condo, hang out with family and friends, planning my Wedding Nov 2019!
What’s your favorite food?
I love a good taco with a side of quac!
Cate started 2019 off stronger than ever. She got her very first pull-up at the beginning of this year and went on to complete ½ Murph with 100 beautiful Chest-2-Floor Push-ups and 50 Chin-Over-Bar Pull-ups. She did this with consistency, practice, and good old fashioned hard work! We are so proud of you Cate and appreciate your dedication to crispy clean movements.
