I’m most proud of my commitment and dedication. I didn’t know I had that in me.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
My commitment is probably due to the FUN atmosphere and the RESULTS.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
Mobilize and chat with my Bluprint buddies.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
DO IT! Two of my siblings joined because they saw how much I love it and my results.

What’s your favorite food?
All of it! I LOVE FOOD. Savory scones maybe (don’t tell Janelle).
Traditionally a rower, Amy made the jump into cross training at Bluprint Fitness in December of 2016. Since that time, she’s put in countless hours of hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude. These attributes have resulted in a recent back squat personal record of 150# and an awesome body transformation. She’s most well-known for her pretty squats, work ethic, and coachability – and we are excited to see what the future holds. Next time you see Amy make sure to congratulate her on all the hard work!
