How long have you been part of the BluCru?
Since May of 2017, I’ve been a member of BluCru for a year now!
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Having pain-free lifting PRs! After a few persistent knee and back injuries I didn’t think I’d be able to perform at high levels anymore, but the lifting, cardio, and gymnastics I’ve been able to master since joining Bluprint have proven me wrong!
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The amazing coaches! It’s so clear that all of the people at Bluprint care about everyone’s progress, success, and health, and have the knowledge to support their members in all of these areas. Plus, the feeling of progress and making gains is unbeatable!
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
I love a good barbell complex!
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Just show up and keep showing up. Everything at Bluprint is accessible, welcoming, and supportive to everyone who walks through the door.
What do you do for fun?
I sing in a community choir, tutor and program neuroscience for elementary and middle school kids, and play social sports. I love to spend as much time as I can outside, read, and explore the city for new restaurants and bars.
Alyssa has been working her butt off ever since joining the BluCru back in 2017. After recently participating in the Open Prep Program she was able to showcase her gymnastics volume by crushing 18.1. She is dedicated to developing skills and making waves when it comes to finding her strength potential! On top of all that – she has lost over 2% Body Fat since joining Bluprint. When you see Alyssa in the gym make sure to congratulate her on all her hard work!
