How long have you been part of the BluCru?
Since January of 2020
What was the problem you were having before you discovered Bluprint?
I was active, but I didn’t program my workouts. I was excited to have Bluprint’s expert programming and coaching.
Take us to the moment you realized what you were now doing was working.
When one of the coaches recommended I RX+ a workout. I believe she said, “you got it like that.”
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
I’m proud of gaining 15+ lbs of lean muscle. I always considered myself a hard gainer, but with Bluprint’s programming and nutritional guide I’ve added a lot of muscle!
What is your favorite thing to do at Bluprint?
Double-unders, handstand pushups, muscle ups.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint?
The people and coaches are amazing. And I love that the programming is fun and competitive.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Do it! It’s one of the best decisions you’ll make.
What do you do for fun?
I like to relax with my family. Go for walks, dog parks, and play golf!
What’s your favorite food?
Steak and potatoes
Coach’s Comments
Geoff has claimed AOTM for July! Since joining Bluprint in January 2020 he has earned over 16 pounds of lean mass. Geoff has the perfect mix of grind, competition and coachability which has helped him fine tune his gymnastics and barbell movements and get hella strong. Recently he has improved his bar muscle-up form and volume and joined the 400 club in both the sumo and traditional deadlift AND become a new dad 💙! When you see Geoff in the gym, make sure to congratulate him on all his hard work and dedication!
