The coaches (and dogs), diverse personalities/backgrounds of the athletes, availability of classes, and competitive atmosphere.

Complete a workout!
What would you tell someone considering joining?
It is absolutely worth it. If you’re looking to push yourself to a higher level and change your life – it’s the place to be!
What do you do for fun?
Write and perform stand-up comedy.

Congrats to Tok for earning his way to Athlete of the Month status! One of our most committed Zoomers through the quarantine, Tok has been no stranger to the Committed Club. He crushed 57 unbroken C2F Push-Ups, adding 7 on to his previous 50 rep PR! And not to brag (well, kinda), but he also added 7 reps onto his 7-Min TGU test. Since getting back to live classes, Tok has kept the momentum going and we are excited to see what comes next for him this year! When you see Tok in class, make sure to congratulate him on all his hard work and dedication.
