My goal is to spread my love for health and fitness to everyone that comes through our doors.
Results rule – and I want to help improve athletes’ ability to perform every day movements well! This, coupled with improving athletes’ mental and physical strength will drastically improve lives inside and out of the gym.
Growing up in Chicago, there were always opportunities to be active and participate in sports. I started getting serious in sports as a freshman in high school. Starting off with cross-country and basketball and eventually finding my way towards basketball, football, and rugby.
I fell in love with health and fitness once I got to college and realized exercise is heavily responsible for strong mental and physical health. It makes us better athletes, improves our health, and makes us better people.
