What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
I remember the first time I climbed a rope at Bluprint. I had never done that before and it’s pretty crazy to think my first rope climb was in my 30s.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
I just feel better at the end of the day when I’ve gotten my fitness on.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
I have a special love/hate relationship with any 10min partner relay (sled, ski, row, or ride)
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Bluprint makes the gym fun for every fitness level.
What do you do for fun?
I spend time with my dogs, work on home improvement projects, and drive at tracks throughout the Midwest.
What’s your favorite food?
The taco is the perfect food delivery vehicle.
Ryan has been putting in work in the gym and in the kitchen over this past month and it shows in the form of RESULTS! With some impressive numbers in the 2019 Sun’s Out Guns Out Challenge (Losing 12 lbs & Dropping 2.22% Body Fat), he’s well on his way to improving his lifestyle without giving up all the fun stuff!
