5 years, since November 2014.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Hitting the 1000 class mark. It’s a level of consistency that I’ve never been able to achieve with fitness.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The people. The other athletes and the coaches are fantastic.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
Deadlifts and Donuts and the Rowing Marathon are my favorite events.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
It’s 100% a good idea to give it a try. There are a lot of CrossFit boxes, and they all have their own vibe. All of the coaches at Bluprint do a great job of adjusting movements for individuals to make sure anyone can do the workout, while making sure everyone can be challenged by the workout.
What do you do for fun?
Checking out new places to eat in Chicago with the lovely and talented Maria. Hanging out with our dog. Irrationally following sports teams from East Lansing and Atlanta.
What’s your favorite food?
Blue cheese. Or nachos.
Randall AKA “Young Bull” is a founding member of Bluprint. We remember the days when it was just Randall and a couple other go-getters in the 6am class – oh how times have changed. Randall made his 1000th class this past month and continues to hit the ground running. One thing is for sure when it comes to Randall, he truly knows how to put his head down and grind – Hard work is the easy part for him. His consistency and dedication shows in his improvements in fitness over the past 5 years and we are so lucky to have him as part of our Bluprint Family. When you see him around make sure to congratulate him on all this hard work!
