What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Strict pull-ups!! Nothing has ever made me feel stronger.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The people! I’ve never really had “fitness friends” before and feel like I have gained this wonderful community. I always feel uplifted and encouraged by the people at Bluprint. Being able to get a great workout and do it with your friends is such a gift!
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
Thursday or Saturday workouts! I love a lot of cardio, so those 20-minute grind-it-out WODs are some of my favorites.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Try it for a month – you won’t be able to leave, I promise! Joining bluprint has been one of the most body positive things I’ve ever done for myself. I love seeing new gains and being challenged each and every day. The focus on what my body can DO, and not necessarily what it looks like has been powerful and freeing for me.
What do you do for fun?
I enjoy cooking, reading, trying new restaurants in the city, and staying active at my church.
If you’ve ever worked out around Rachel, it’s easy to see she gives 110% in everything she does. Since stepping into the gym, Rachel’s continued to find her strength. One strict pull-up followed by many, showing up consistently, and just pure grind all help make Rachel the athlete she is today!
