How long have you been part of the BluCru?

Started at Rowfit Chicago back in 2010 and stayed on when the gym was rebranded to Bluprint Fitness.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

Hard to single one thing out, but I would say it would be being selected as Athlete of the Month! But also after doing crossfit for so long, still being able to hit an occasional PR on lifts/skills/WODs.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

I know if I didn’t come, the consequences would not be pretty! The coaches and the community keeps me coming back honestly though.

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Grind out a tough WOD and pass out laying on my back in front of a fan.

What would you tell someone considering joining?

If you keep at it and be consistent with your attendance and performance, you will get results and be able to achieve a better level of fitness and overall health.

What do you do for fun?

Play sports with my two boys, watch cooking shows (even though I don’t cook that much), travel and play golf whenever I get a chance! And of course, workout at Bluprint!

Coach’s Comments

Everybody knows Ken is a work-horse. What you may not know is that Ken’s consistency in the gym is second to none. Whether its sticking to a consistent workout schedule or consistently giving 100+% effort, Ken’s hard work brings an energy to the gym that elevates everyone!
