How long have you been part of the BluCru?
Just over 1 year (September 2016).
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
For years I struggled on my own to squat my body weight, coming close but failing within a couple pounds. I’ve now hit my goal and added 20#, plus added a variety of things I never even considered!
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The community of people, love for my coaches, and Bacon – the gym dog.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
Named workouts. I like doing things that I can improve on not necessarily just in strength but also in speed and endurance.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
You won’t know what you’re capable of until you DO IT.
What do you do for fun?
Cook/bake things. I only love working out because I REALLY love eating!
