I’ve been a member since November of 2015 – 2 years.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
My biggest accomplishment at Bluprint has just been getting out of my
comfort zone. Every day I go into the gym and do things that make me
uncomfortable. Because of that I’m able to approach difficult situations in other
facets of my life with enthusiasm and confidence rather than fear or
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
My experience at Bluprint has been unlike any other experience I’ve had
at a gym, fitness center, or sports team. It’s the right balance of great coaching,
fun programming, and a strong community.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
I really enjoy the Team WODs and Skills Training. The Team WODs do a
great job of creating a fun yet competitive environment and I love being able to
work on and develop skills every week.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
If you’re interested just do it. Don’t worry about your athletic ability, age,
build, fitness level, or anything along those lines. They don’t matter. All you need
to do is show up. Once you get there, the coaching and community will take care
of everything else.
What do you do for fun?
Binge eating or working out. I’m usually on one end of the spectrum or the
Brose has recently taken his health & fitness to another level. From January until now, Brose dropped 5.89% body fat by being consistent inside the gym and taking care of himself outside of the gym. This coupled with putting in the work to acquire the skills of handstand push-ups, butterfly pull-ups, and toes-2-bar make Brose an example of dedication and hard work.
