What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Conditioning was never a big part of my programming, so every time I
finish a benchmark workout – or even participate in one – it feels like a

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The coaches and the programming. I know when I walk into BluPrint,
there’s going to be a challenging workout waiting for me, and the coaches
are going to make sure I’m pushing myself hard without risking injury.
The convenient open gym hours also set BluPrint apart from other boxes
in the area.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
Learning new skills and setting new PRs with the rest of the BluCru!
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Taking the plunge into CrossFit can be intimidating, but the environment at
BluPrint is decidedly not. They do a great job catering to every skill level.
Be prepared to suffer a bit, and be prepared to see serious results.
What do you do for fun?
Besides squat, deadlift, and press?
Cook food, eat food, drink beer, watch sports.
