Born and raised in Miami, FL, I called the pool “home” as a competitive swimmer. I swam from ages 3 to 18, and learned the value of discipline and the work that lies in creating a strong foundation for success. Once I left home for university in Boston, MA I decided to try my hand at CrossFit and instantly fell in love with the community. I have always felt inspired by my CrossFit peers, who aim only to improve week in and week out.
From 2015 to 2017 I focused the majority of my efforts on the olympic lifts. However, BluPrint Fitness sheds light on the importance of being a well-rounded athlete, and since joining the BP community in November of 2020, I have thoroughly enjoyed improving my overall athleticism.
Having been in different types of training/coaching roles throughout the years, I am eager to guide Chicago’s busy professionals through safe movement, and help them challenge themselves physically and mentally every day.
When I don’t have a barbell attached to my hip, you can usually find me gazing at the city’s architecture, embarking on my next 3D puzzle, or attempting to master a new recipe in my kitchen.
