How long have you been part of the BluCru?
Just about a year now (November 2015). The erg marathon is my anniversary.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Committing to and actually coming to classes 4-5 times a week. After getting out of organized sports and not having any real accountability, getting a workout rhythm back was difficult to say the least.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The knowledge base and the people. I really enjoy working out with the people in class and the coaches are so knowledgeable that I can stop thinking and just do what they tell me to do….which generally leaves me with a solidly kicked ass.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
MOBILIZE! Kidding. I really enjoy the challenge of lifting with correct form. Learning the form and then seeing the GAINZ as my form improves.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
I would tell them that they won’t find a better culture in the gym and a staff that will take care of them as personally as they do at Bluprint. Who needs a personal trainer when the staff knows and cares about you as much as they do at Bluprint.
What do you do for fun?
I like to go to playgrounds and tell the biggest, meanest kid there what actually happens in prison….
CAN YOU IMAGINE?! I’m kidding, I love watching sports, playing golf, and challenging myself by playing complex board games with friends.
Man, you probably believed me for a second, Ginga. What a sucka!
Since Devlin started at Bluprint in 2015 he’s been consistently in the gym making GAINZ. He’s does everything from crushing 500m Row Test (obviously) to crushing barbell movements in Bluprint’s Barbell Club. Devlin’s attention to detail and his drive to improve himself and others make him a huge asset to the BluCru. His positive attitude and energy are contagious and we are lucky to have him on our team.
