How long have you been part of the BluCru?

I am guessing +/- 3 years.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

Waking up for 6:00 a.m. class in the middle of winter and handstand walking the length of the gym!

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

I really enjoy the constant variety in the workouts and the ability to push myself against other members (or just trying to achieve new PR’s)

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Rope climbs, Handstand Walks, Double Unders

What would you tell someone considering joining?

Keeping yourself motivated to consistently push yourself beyond your usual comfort zone is a difficult proposition to achieve on your own accord. If you endeavor to lead a healthier and active lifestyle, your best strategy is to surround yourself with positive and likeminded people. BluPrint has a plethora of Top Notch folks who will help keep you accountable and celebrate your successes.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy golfing, skiing, snowboarding, running, biking, watching & attending Chicago Cubs/Bears/Blackhawks/ games, street festivals, trying new restaurants in the city, traveling and drinking beer.

Coach’s Comments

If you have the chance to workout with Dan – you’ll have to be an early bird – you will push yourself to new limits. Dan is FAST. Outside of his natural speediness, Dan has worked hard to hit major GAINZ on a regular basis in his strength/power movements and has started incorporating veggies into his regular food consumption! He’s a blast to have in the gym and a picture of the BluCru is all about!
