What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Getting Bar Muscle Ups.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The coaches, programming, and the space. Also a very convenient location with flexible class times.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
The Thursday half hour AMRAPs. They are extremely challenging and are a great change of pace from the typical CrossFit work outs.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
When I was searching for a CrossFit gym in the city I tried 9 different spots, all had pro’s and con’s but I immediately connected with the people at Bluprint. The location is great and very easy to get to, with very flexible class times and options. The work outs are always different and exciting and the instruction is consistent with focus on safe and proper form.
What do you do for fun?
CrossFit, Golf, Bike, Explore Chicago
Cullen is a work horse. Known for showing up early to work on his mobility, Cullen is 110% committed to getting better on a daily basis. Not to mention, he also takes himself outside of his comfort zone by participating in outside gym events/competitions. Keep it up Cullen!
