Biography

How long have you been part of the BluCru?

Since January 2018

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?

My biggest accomplishment is being stronger, faster and healthier since joining Bluprint.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?

The coaches, atmosphere, and athletes. The positive vibe!

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?

Accomplishing what I couldn’t beforehand, lifting heavier weights and achieving new PRs.

What would you tell someone considering joining?

  1. Check your pride at the door. Everyone starts at the beginning.
  2. Listen to your coaches.
  3. Show up. Even if you’re sore from a previous workout.
  4. Be patient it will get easier and more rewarding as you improve. Don’t look for an immediate change, it’ll happen.
  5. Bring a positive attitude. 

What do you do for fun?

Travel with my wife, CrossFit as often as possible, and spending time with my two daughters (both are members at Bluprint).

What’s your favorite food?

Fish. Oh, and I like coffee.

Coach’s Comments

Consistency should be Cid’s middle name. He was the first of the Drisi family to be a part of the BluCru, but now with both his daughters Maddy and Margaret in the gym it is a family affair. Cid makes and crushes goals all with a smile on his face. After finishing up the 6-Week Barbell Club, he went on to compete in the Bluprint Classic. He is such a great athlete, example for his daughters, animal whisperer, and friend in the gym – make sure when you see him to congratulate him on all his hard work!
