What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
Any and all crispy barbell movements. I had never touched a barbell before and now I’m confident slanging weight in every direction!
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
Progression. I feel lucky to have a place that (safely!) shows me how to train and improve my body and mind’s capabilities.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
All the things! Catch up with the coaches, have a laugh with my buddies, get better at a workout, learn something new…the list is endless. Club Zone on a Tuesday and Wednesday lift days are my fave!
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Drop any assumptions you may have about this type of group fitness and any you have about yourself — you could be holding yourself back from an incredible environment and results you’ve only dreamed of! You won’t regret it.
What do you do for fun?
Anything with friends…eating tacos and laughing is my favorite combo.
What’s your favorite food?
Potatoes or any potato variation (of course!)
Shout out to our newest Athlete-of-the-Month Ciara! Ciara has made some serious strides over the quarantine and she is keeping the momentum going. Since joining Bluprint in April 2019, she has dropped 7.69% body fat, developed chest-to-floor push-ups, and has upgraded to tossing around that 35 pound DB (that’s about 16kg)! If you know Ciara, you know her positive energy spreads throughout the room – you will always find her with a smile on her face even during the toughest workouts. Keep up the great work Ciara! When you see her in class make sure to congratulate her on all her accomplishments.
