How long have you been part of the BluCru? 

May 2019, getting close to a my first year! Crazy how time flies.

What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint? 

Winning holiGAINZ was a huge moment. I was super hyped when I hit 102 reps on my 7-min burpee test and when I got my 2K row at 6:55! Training at Bluprint also got my fitness up to complete my first Marathon this past October.

What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness? 

There’s always something on the whiteboard thats going to challenge me and I love that the workouts are planned out in advance. I know that if I follow the plan, results will follow. Everyone at Bluprint is so supportive and motivating. Its really awesome to get cheered on and to give that lifting love back to your friends. It really is a family when you walk through the doors.

What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness? 

I’m not gonna lie, I love doing burpees. There’s something about digging deep mentally and battling it out with myself that I absolutely love. Rowing comes in at a close second because of the technique and rhythm needed to endure a workout. It’s almost like meditating to me.

What would you tell someone considering joining? 

I literally biked past this gym for years before I ever set foot in it and i’m kicking myself for not joining earlier. Take the 6 Week program and you’ll see that everyone on this gym cares about each other. The trainers really take the time to walk you through every motion, they truly care. If you show up, take the steps towards getting better something each day, the results add up.

What do you do for fun?

Being born and raised in the city, I love getting in the outdoors whether it be hiking, biking, skiing, or camping.

What’s your favorite food? 

Sushi or Mexican!

Coach’s Comments

One of our winners of HoliGAINZ Healthy Habits Challenge, Chris has really embraced all aspects of health and fitness over this past month and has the results to show for it! His fitness, nutrition and recovery have been firing on all cylinders. Not only has he dropped over 2% body fat (lost 4.5 pounds of fat and earned 3.5 pounds of lean mass), he has developed his Toes2Bar, Kipping Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-ups, and Double-Unders. To top it all off, he crushed the 7-Minute Burpee test with 102 reps and the 2k Row with a blazing time of 6:55! It has been quite the month for Chris – when you see him in the gym, make sure to congratulate him on all the hard work!
