Since September 2016.
What is your biggest accomplishment at Bluprint?
That’s a tough one… a lot of little things. FINALLY getting rope climbs, doing 20 unbroken 80# overhead squats in the open, consistently seeing my lifts improve.
What keeps you coming back to Bluprint Fitness?
The people, the coaches, and the programming. Working out everyday is a lot more fun when you know you’re going to be doing it with friends. Also, seeing that if you really do listen to the coaches and follow the program, you will have massive GAINZ.
What is your favorite thing to do at BP Fitness?
All the Olympic lifts, especially snatches, sled pull/push, and all the squats. Plus forcing all my love and affection on Coach Bacon.
What would you tell someone considering joining?
Don’t be intimidated. All workouts can be accessible no matter what your fitness level is. AND listen to Janelle, nutrition really does matter. My GAINZ started to explode when I got more serious in the kitchen.
What do you do for fun?
Chill with my adorable pup Buddy. Do some serious cross-stitching. Listen to a lot of NPR/podcasts. Ride my bike around town now that it’s finally warm. And of course try to lift a lot of heavy sh**.
Alexandra has been consistently in the gym making waves. She recently hit her first pistol, first rope climb, and crushed her previous DT time. She is also working hard in the kitchen and has dropped 2.8% Body Fat! When you see her in the gym make sure you congratulate her on all her hard work.
